I’m Nicole. I’m a 21 year old future pediatric nurse, graduating this May with the world at my fingertips. The guy I’m with has embraced my sass for three years now, and I find myself right on the cusp of engagement - I just feel it. Don’t laugh at me, I really do. AND, when the question is popped, this pretty little blog of mine will transform into a wedding planning place. Oh man, the anticipation is killing me (you too?).

I’m one of those outdoorsy people. Find me choosing to camp under the stars for my vacation, and hiking the hills that I call home. I’m a country girl attending college in the city of SF. It’s been a great experience, but I am itching to get back to a little bit more wide open spaces. You know… right after I graduate, find a job, and get a year of experience at a big research hospital. So there’s a lot ahead of me - but, I know I can do it. Getting through nursing school isn’t for wimps (trust me), and the fact that I’m almost done with that proves to me that I am capable of anything.

I love anything and everything fitness. I have been swimming competitively practically forever, but recently I’ve swapped my goggles and cap for running shoes. It was difficult at first, but with a LOT of hard work, I have trained and ran two half marathons (Nike Women’s in SF, 2010 & 2011). Clean eater. Kettlebell swinger. Tea enthusiast.
